Computer "cache" broken OS even after wipe the hole disk

Hello to everyone!

Yesterday i try to update OS and renistall all packages and CachyOS show me a warning like: “This package is not verifued, you wanna to delete?” or somethink like that. I answer “yes” for all packages and after a reboot my computer broke.

Cursor disappear, windows program does not load property, is like stack desktop image front of window and words fonts is like a broken too, disappear everywhere. Only the console i can use propperty.

I try to renistall Cachyos and wipe the hole disk several times but this is not work i have the same behavior.
Only when i make offline installation OS works fine.

My computer is like “cache” the problem but i don’t understand how.. I have delete the disk several times.

Also after renistall packages, i have a problem with mirrors and i believe maybe there is the problem, but how is caching the wrong mirrors even with a fresh installation?

PS: I don’t wanna to use offline installation because many packages missing and and somethinks is broken, like i can’t enable bluetooth.

Sorry for the late answer.
Are you using the Erase Disk Option?
I will work today on a new ISO, which should maybe fix the “osbeck” mirror issue.

I will forward this issue to the team. Could you please provide some info about your system?

Im fine now, i will tell you the steps I followed to “solve” it, maybe it will help.

Firt i try to erase the disk, yes with Erase Disk Option and second i try to wipe and delete partition with EASEUS partition master on windows. Also i make a new GPT table but that didn’t help.

I flash the ISO first with Rufus on Windows but as i can recall, this worked fine the first time with no problems.
I tryied again but with no luck.

After that, i was install the offline version, i write again the ISO with Imagewritter and the first time i try to Install iw3 desktop, but this have many bugs, can’t even open the menu app launcher.

So i tryied again to install with KDE Desktop, and its works fine, but now my USB is stick to read-only mode and im not able to change it, i have tryied anythink, maybe is damaged but this not problem.

I’m only wonder what happening and how to fix this issue normally next time if happend again?

That seems a very weird behaviour.
Did you ever try to use ventoy? That is the common method to flash/use the ISO.
It is also a great tool for having several different ISOs at one usb flash drive and you lower the writes you do on the usb stick, which is well for the lifetime of it.

Please take a watch into it!
