Well that’s because the FOSShost mirror is dead now. you should be able to install anyway because there is another mirrors listed in the mirrorlist
or alternatively if it doesnt work -> you can rank-mirrors sudo cachyos-rate-mirrors
sudo cachyos-rate-mirrors
